I worked with these clients as a subcontractor for design services through their remodeling contractor. Once the project was complete, they decided to list the home for sale with me. The clients used my recommendation to have it staged by ALT Design Studio. There was so much interest in the home when it hit the market, that we had to allow overlapping showings and set an offer deadline. They received $12k over their asking price. What a great investment!

The Robinsons hired a contractor who subcontracted my design services. This was a full-scale remodel that included shortening/removing walls, adding beams, and completely gutting the kitchen. The clients knew that they wanted to incorporate the beautiful blue on their front door that they loved so much. We accented the blue cabinets with a white island, a lovely textured subway tile backsplash and stunning quartz countertops. The lighting fixtures were the finishing touch. The Robinsons are so happy with their new layout and finishes!
